100% of the total accommodation will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

Payment on the website in up to 12 installments on Visa, Master Card, American Express, Dinners Club, Elo Cards (Minimum Installment R$300.00), or via Bank Deposit or PIX.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellable up to 20 (days) days before check-in. After this period, the entire reservation amount will be charged. A percentage of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking as a guarantee. See Deposit/Guarantee Policies

Reservations may be canceled, with a refund of the full amount paid, up to 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations/Changes of reservations: Up to 2 days before check-in, except on long holidays and packages.

"NO SHOW" (No-show): The first night will be charged in case of no show, except on long holidays and packages (full price charged)
